ALDEX L. LATTY
DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Director of the Company since May 17, 2018. Chief Executive Officer since May 2020. President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2009 to May 2017. President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1995 to December 2008; Executive Vice President from 1986 to December 1994. Mr. Latty is a former employee of 138 Limited, a real estate company that provides multi-tenancy housing for University living; an integral member of staff that sought to get 138 off the ground before it was publicly traded. Mr. Latty has since moved on to join a private equity firm working with the CEO and chief accountant.
Mr. Latty joined the Company in 2017 and is the son of the Company’s founder, Mr. Clifford Latty, and grandfather Theodore Latty. Together with his father, and brother, Dr. Clifford Latty, Mr. Latty has helped develop the Company into a portfolio of an integrated company, totalling approximately 55 sites 15 bee boxes, operated by more than 4 different brands under the Jamaica bee Group of Companies. Mr. Aldex Latty provides an insider’s perspective in Board discussions about the business and strategic direction of the Company and has experience in all aspects of the Company’s business.

Ms. Kewessler joined the Company in 2020 and will lead litigations and strategic legal and international partnership. Mr. Clifford Latty, and grand father Theodore Latty.
