Honey &#8220;drawing&#8221; in local Jamaica terms, was a myth. A daring feat, to be performed. Theodore brought the love to rear bees and draw honey. It was his grandsons that later wanted to supply the villages and surrounding with locally produced honey that had the finest quality and healing properties boast by many &#8211; and the grandsons went on to commercials the concept. We try to maintain our apiaries in remote locations that are natural and selective to our bee population &#8211; and our bees love this.  Our farm sites are hand-picked in the Caribbean. It is essential that honey bees are in the ideal climate, close to a clean water source, free from human activities (pesticide-free, etc) that may harm their lives.
